i’ve read quite often on GS about the benefits of aloe drink … but also that people were saying how nasty it tastes …
I was very hesitant to buy this aloe drink i saw in the market, but just bought it and made my fiance the lab rat to test it first … 
… and then he said it tastes quite good .. and it did!
is this the correct one or is it something else?
it’s contents are:
mineral water
organic aloe vera powder (22%)
aloe vera gel (8%)
fructose
honey
citric acid
natural grape flavor

aloe vera that I drink is all aloe vera. It doesn't have anything else mixed into it.

and is it specifically for drinking? or is it something general like what you can apply on face etc too?
do u really feel it helps maintain a healthy skin?

Get the 100% Aloe Vera juice from Walmart or some pharmacy. It is supposed to be great for the digestive system.

I get the one specifically for drinking by Forever Living. I order it online. You can buy seperate aloe vera products for the face. What I get is specifically for drinking.
It's good for your overall health including your internal organs, and yeah, your skin too.

Aloe Juice does not have to taste nasty. Besides, most of them can be taken mixed with water or juice.
Its the best thing to clear the skin, clear the stomach and amazing if you have ulcer or acidity.
Never ever have it straight from the plant.

ive eaten aloe gel before...from the aloe vera in my garden, it doesnt taste bad, just a bit idk weird but not like yucky or anything, its supposed to be good for u but i didnt keep it up

^pinch ur nose while eating/drinking...honestly not kidding, like 60% of the taste of food is from its smell (well i think so) and blocking ur nose helps a lot when u wanna eat something that tastes or smells yucky lol
