Anyone know where in Canada I could buy pure almond oil? Or any reputable website that would ship almond oil to Canada?

You can find it in any super market, Whole Foods, The Big Carrot etc. I think, GNC carry pure almond oil too. I usually use the one by Aura Cacia and buy it either from Whole Foods (Yorkville), Fortinos health department (Queensplate Drive/HWY 27), or there is this organic/health food store in the Eaton Center, run by an Asian lady, that carries it.

so i picked up 100% pure sweet almond oil from GNC. does anyone know if sweet almond oil is the same as almond oil? I want to use it for my dark under eye circles.

I think, unless it says bitter almond oil, the oil is extracted from sweet almonds.
