can we use almonds oil on face??

or any suggestion how to apply on face??

another good oil is olive oil. Asked my derm about it and she said it's fine to apply it to the face. It's loaded with vitamin e and antioxidants.

Any moisturizer that you use will work better if your skin is a little damp. After washing your face...don't dry your face completely. Leave it a little damp/wet. Then apply a couple small drops of oil (not too much) and massage face until absorbed. Wipe of any excess. When your face is a little damp, the oil/moisturizer gets absorbed and used better by skin.

The best absorption into your skin, would happen overnight, and so probably a gentle massage of the almond oil, on your face, last thing at night would have the greatest effect
