I am not recommending people to indulge in this practice, but without explicit order nothing can be declared Haram and had there been such thing Allah would have definitely let us know either by Quran or Sunnah. All the debate about this type is interpretation of the word, "Haras" or Tilth or bearers of the seed or whatever. I have already given a full list of the ulemas which consider it perfectly allowed till the time both are comfortable.
Just if i do not like to do something, i can not go and say to every one that it is haram. I better avoid it, however Haram is only that thing which is declared Haram and that's all.
