one person has set up his blog..and he is not an admin or mod so its not a rights issue.

clear cache, realunch browser and see, otherwise it could be permissions issue with proxy

clic internrt options clear history and all, close window, start xplorer again and then try

please make sure that u are entering id and password correctly, its case sensitive unlike GS
