Allah's Judgement in Quran for the marriage b/w muslim woman & non-muslim man

And give not (Muslim women) in marriage to idolaters until they believe.

They (Muslim women) are not lawful for them (the disbelivers) nor are they (the disbeliever) lawful for them

  • [al-Mumtahana 60:10] *

just remembered that Maulana Yousuf Ludhiyanvi Shaheed :rehm: once said based on these ayahs that any such marriage comes under the definition of “Zina Bil Raza” (Adultery) as Islamically the marriage never happened among the two individuals to begin with..
