I wonder what is the logic behind the phrase* Allah mian ki gaye ( said for innocent person, both men and women)

because in my experience I dont think gaye (cow) is anywhere near innocent … rather they are quite clever and influential (ask any indian)
On the other hand husband of domestic cow is veryyyyyy innocent …
thats why any shareef seedha saadha larka like me is reffered as “tagga” by elders 
I, myself sometime feel pitty for that ‘real’ hard working animal in fields of india/pakistan. He works tirelessly all day long and never complains. No where you will find that ‘tagga’ in less harsher conditions of work …but still no one respect them. On the other hand cow is respected every where, if you show little disrespect she’ ll stop giveing milk instantly
But that is a side issue … The real puzzle is why in urdu ‘Gaye’ is used in that mohawara ? Instead it should be factually/politically correct Allah mian ka tagga !
