lol, Mehnaz ....i didn't intend that ....plus u can feel better if i say i have a pot belly even with this weight embarrassed

Ok let's see what I had today!

A glass of milk around 10 in morning n then a full bowl of cereal
shortly after that I had a slice of bread with cream cheese (my daughter didn't like it today so I ate instead!)
Around 11:30 I had a handful of dates with a glass of milk
At 12:30 I had chapatti with some meat curry n salad

At 3:30 I had apple n then some cookies again with some milk
At 6:00 (dinner) some fried chicken n then pasta
after that a bowl of kheer n then all left over kheer from kids bowls

n i'm going to have some milk/bread n cream cheese etc. around 10:00 (almost in 20 minutes)

shouldn't it be enough!

As for exercise ...if regular running after kids, going up n downstairs etcf. doesn't count ...i walk a lot ....when i don't get parking place near school i park it a bi far n walk with my 2 yrs old on my shoulder

I opened somewhat similar thread an year or two ago n somebody suggested getting a thyroid check done....i had it checked n its alright!
