Having said that, it is quite entertaining on getting all these ideas, puns, frustrations, suggestions, fusion, diffusion etc. etc.
I personally actually like ATA's suggestion of Penalty Corner but then, idea is not about penalties in there...

Penalty Corner, is meant for users, not for mods, users can hit penalty corner, and mods are only goal keeper, any one can come and hit the corner ;-)

yes and no.
For example, yesterday, you had opened a smiley thread which ran it’s course and when it started to take shape into something that involved the decision of the management, only then, following the suggestions in the sticky thread of the All Views, I moved it to the appropriate place.
Like wise, I had allowed your Friday thread which you had opened in Cafe as well 
… but seeing that the response in Cafe was better, I as a servent to you did you a favour to generate a good response by moving it in cafe and getting it merged. Please, say thanks for my such a hard work

we do therefore, he sent me a message telling me he did it. Being the director, I did not ask him why? why not? he’s in the middle of skinning around All view. It was obvious, he could not put a skin seeing a kachraa there.
They have become national asset of the All View forum. Now we will put some ticket on it and generate some revenue and tum ko takaa naheeN daiN geY

You reasoning didn't make any sense nor its giving valid point. I think that thread should be moved back where it was opened. Unless Samad can give solid reason other than being threaten by the thread.

Let Samad answer for his action. I will let him know. Besides no where I said I had or had not difference of opinion, so please, do not interpret on your own. When I said I did not ask him, that is true I did not ask him. Did I agree with him? that's a different question which I did not answer you in previous reply. :)
