All these whitening creams......

Re: All these whitening creams…

okay to address the bit about people working in salons not having great skin themselves…

i test products on my face (i know its bad) all the time before i recommend or sell to others…at times i break out because of it. i also broke out quite a bit in the beginning because my sister and i were doing facials on each other constantly for practice. both of us had dry hair because we were blow drying each other three times a week.

and not everyone that works in a salon (the woman who shampoos your hair or the lady who swept the floor) is a qualified expert on what they’re selling you nadz…them standing in a salon means nothing.

there is danger to them…a lot of these creams come with warnings and some are even banned/not allowed in the US. i know one of the creams mentioned is a thai formula and its not sold here because of its mercury content.

about those women who are sooo beautiful after using these creams…im sure they are. im sanwali…will always be that way. i CAN easily bleach my face if i want to…i have access to everything i need to do it. i could easily do a full body bleach if i wanted to. but i won’t…because i don’t want to wake up one day not being me. i could permanently get rid of my curls…but i won’t…no matter how hard they are to manage…because its who i am.

when you speak of hyperpigmentation, discoloration, acne, rosacea, blemishes, scars of the skin, i get it. but if you’re here to tell girls “ladies, its totally okay to want to be fair! i get it and let’s start a movement against all of these women who want to tell us we are beautiful the way we are”…wrong place.

like there aren’t enough problems.
