dear Iraj, i totally agree.
sometimes, some people's capabilities are muted.
what i meant for the opportunity is, that when someone is realizing that a given individual needs to be helped in becoming good, and we wait for them to do so out of their own accord, still they some how remain immobile.
it is not that they like, being a miserable stuck person, but they are too scared to move.
why people do this? because time does not wait and then it becomes too late.

this is becaz they had suffered in the past and are unable to overcome there bad experiences . yes time does not wait for any one , but when alot of time has passed , it some what dims out the past

they do stuff thinking its good for them, but turns out to be bad. Again you can't call that bad. maybe you think its bad but the person doing that might not think same.
