hey monk i m 5"4 heighted..n m almost 69 kg...i go 2 aerobics class 6 times a week n do aerobics of abt 45 or 50 mins....i m a medical student n i get out of ma house at 6 in morning n cum bk home around 7 in evening dan i go2aerobics class n get bak home arond 8 30 or so..dan i hav 2 sit n study n dan go 2 sleep...though i got a 1.4kms track infront of ma house for walk but man i dont hav time...i hav a 30 waist n 37 hips,..i hav heavy arms n da thing i hate most r my side pockets of hips...though ma body is gettin into a little shape by aerobics but these side pockets r still un affected...i want 2 hav that fflat stomach n 22 or 23 inches waist al ma cousins havvvv....i wana b 50kg like ma cousins mann seriously i feel so helpless i hav got a wedding 2 attend in ma inlaws family on 30dec n i want 2 luk real real thinn...telme wat 2 dooooooooooooooo?????/? i hav got a stair case of 22stairs n i ggot a treadmilll...an abb king pro....a cycle n a twister at ma aerobics class place n no otha machines...n remind u i dont use ny of these machines ...n i dont feel like running on tread milll ................ plz help do i need 2 get those weights at home or?????????????shud i start weight training?
hmmmm its nice you are keeping your self active. How is your fitness level?
lets do it. stop your aerobic class for a week or so.
And jog in the track(1.4kms). Start where you feel comfortable and do it for a week.
Towards end of the week push your self and time it.
And let me know how many lap you were able to do and how long it took.
Make sure after each running session you use those abs machine at home. Going up/down stairs few time will help building stamina too.
