Or concentrate on two things gym and may be jog. Day you don’t have time just go out and jog. for 20/30 mins. That way you can be active more day.
I am glad you know how to use the machines, Now use them!
Be warned Working on the wights once or twice a week may make you sluggish. So weights only, when you do them often. Are you good at cardio machines??
