you sweating help losing weight but what we call in athletics "breaking weight" What that means is dropping weight quickly before a fight. Athletes put so much stuff on and work out for hrs.They sweat like pigs. then go for weighing in. That way can weight lighter and make it to the weight category they want.
BUT
they dehydrate them self which can cause immediate damage. Plus weight comes back when they drink water.
Now things is warm weather make you lethargic, which is not the best thing for work out.
Next thing you need to ask your self, have you seen an in-shape athlete who did not look attractive physically??
So for now concentrate on work out get in great shape. At same time eat healthy. DO NOT STARVE YOUR SELF. Working out legs is one of the hardest work out routine. You need protein to build quality muscles.
And remember Take it easy on your self. If in a few weeks you could give me 10-15 mins non stop stairs.
I am happy as a clown. Don't matter how many say you skip.
And remember pain your body's alarm, listen to it. be consistent but gentle.
