ok me too me too i wanna loose weight as well... especially from the hips... :$
the options i have are the gym but i only like using the treadmill... i can use stepper not more than 5 minutes...
recently i have started a routine tell me if this is fine...
10mins walk
5mins stepper
5mins rowing
10mins cross trainer
5mins cycling
15mins treadmill (speed 6, incline 4)
is this ok i only need to loose weight waist below... :'(
recommed me some gud aerobics i can download n do at home once a week...
nyone a gud list of gym music to work out on... guuds ones not the bong bong bang bang...
just to add in i dont have a lot of max i can spare is around 30mins in a day any advices wud be gud... or if we have a one to one wud save me the embarrsament... :$
