by end of the week tell me how long you can jog for.
Is your treadmill comfortable to run on? What area you want to lose weight from?
Any experience with situps or with crunches?
the treadmill is slightly elevated,walking on it is like climbing a hill,i guess thats gud...mainly i want to lose weight from the area btwn my knees n waist..but wud prefer losing weight all over
yes,i hav done few crunches n sit ups b4
