Sabriya786 , Femme Fatale, I have explained the reasons in most easily comprehensible manner, yet you resist to understand then its upto you.
Here lets say, God asks you that one of these Immorality/ social evils must spread in your society, and you have to chose out from drug addiction, teenage pregnacies, homosexuality, broken families, men gazing at women, leaving parents alone in old age, illiteracy, etc
OR see this way, If we have to overcome this staring problem ( to some extent) then for a logical sollution you have to change following thing in society.
More intermingling among younger generation, means there should be no Social restrictions on dating, partying, clubing on boys and girls and so on and so forth.
this is not the case now and it seems unlikely in near future, but who knows.
