Delhi civic authorities have sent a notice to Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan for allegedly allowing mosquitoes to breed in one of his properties. The notice isn’t for his main residence in Mumbai, but covers his home in Delhi, which was included in a long list of properties that were sent the warning. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi’s (MCD) medical health officer, KN Tiwari, said: “We have sent notices to all those houses that were found to be breeding grounds for mosquitoes, and this included Bachchan’s residence.” If Amitabh Bachchan doesn’t respond he faces a hefty fine.

bolly' update : Ajay, Manisha and Amisha hit the big screen!
** PACKED WEEKEND FOR BOLLYWOOD! **
This weekend will witness another solid offering from Bollywood, with four releases hitting the big screen.
The biggest of them all is Parwana, which stars Ajay Devgan and Amisha Patel. Although Ajay has been enjoying quite some success at the box office recently, there is little hype for the flick, which is directed by Deepak Bahry. We'll have to wait and find out whether his fans will bother visiting cinemas this weekend.
Also releasing is Market, which is a low budget but hard hitting flick about prostitution - similar to the acclaimed Chandni Bar. However this time around Manisha Koirala takes the lead role instead of Tabu.
Following the tragic death of director Anant Balani earlier this year, there will be a tribute of sorts with the release of his movie Jogger's Park this weekend, starring Perizaad Zorabian and Victor Banerjee.
The final big screen release is romantic flick Chupke Se, which is probably the least hyped of the lot. Starring newcomers Masumi and Zulfi Sayed, the younger crowd may help this film out at the box office. Will any of the four films click with the audience? Watch this space!
** PIRATES RELEASE BOOM IN INDIA! VCDs of the movie hit the market already! **
Pirate copies of the hugely anticipated movie Boom have hit the market. The VCDs of the film, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Zeenat Aman and Katrina Kaif, have unsurprisingly worried everyone involved in the project and may effect the box office collections once the delayed project does eventually hit the big screen. In an effort too control further damage to future business, the director of Boom, Kaizad Gustad has worked with producer Ayesha Shroff to organise a series of raids across India to confiscate illegal copies of the film. "The available counterfeit stuff is only the film's dump from the edit machine, it's neither the complete movie nor is the sound properly dubbed or mixed. The picture quality is also not up to the mark," Ayesha Shroff told reporters. " "I have contacted police commissioners of various cities including Surat and Mumbai. They have issued a red alert and begun conducting raids on manufacturing and retail outlets selling Boom's pirated VCDs."
** Salman and Akshay accompany Priyanka at party! **
The stars were out in force for yet another high-profile film launch in Mumbai recently.
Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra led the celebrations for the launch party of their new movie together ** Mujhse Shaadi Karoge ** at Filmistan Studios. The director of the project is none other than David Dhawan, who has high hopes the multi-starrer will help resurrect his career. Other guests at the event included Preity Zinta, Sanjay Dutt, Karan Johar, Farah Khan, Ayub Khan and Atul Agnihotri.
** Raveena, Shilpa and Sameera at Cineblitz party! **
Three Bollywood beauties wowed the city of London whilst attending the glitzy re-launch of Cineblitz magazine's international edition at the popular restaurant Yatra.
Shilpa Shetty, Raveena Tandon and Sameera Reddy grabbed all the attention at the party. They spent the night talking to members of the British Asian media industry as well as fellow celebrity guests, including the likes of Shobha De, Dilip Tahil, Narinder (Big Brother), Deepak Chopra, Jeff Mirza, Seeta Indrani and Archie Punjabi.
"It's been a fantastic night and I've really enjoyed myself," Sameera Reddy revealed "We are only here for a couple of days which is a real shame because I absolutely love London. The reception we have received has been great. Hopefully next time I will come for longer."

Who gives a crap, no one is going to discuss this 3rd rate trash in the first place.
You are lucky that they weren't deleted in the first place.
