i heard dates,mangoes n bananas r gud if u wanna gain some weight.They say eat 3-4 bananas(depends on bananas size though) with milk at night n u'll gain weight. pretty quickly.Also youghurt,oatmeal,avacadoes ,peanut butter and healthy home made shakes can b added to ur diet.A good mutivitamin n mineral supplement makes a big diff too.though u don't see results right away.
ya know gaining/ losing/ or maintaining weight has always been an issue with girls. No matter how skinny they are .. they'd still think they are fat. When u ask about the area from which they wanna lose weight.. they just have no idea.
PS: there hasnt been a single girl here except K337..who actually admitted she was 'sukhi'.. which proves my point above that women are never satisfied with their weight.
So do both eat healthy fats,take vitamins n supplements n continue light activity instead of heavy work out.swimming walking,biking,light weight lifting u can choose from many.When i was very skiiny there were only certain areas i wanted to work on,my breasts n my arms so i used to do excercises/massages to develop those parts in particular but i was overall active too.
no i don't know any names but they were simple stretches n light workouts including push-ups.u can develop the muscles in ur arms but for breasts they just giv u some firmness.massages also makes them look uplifted.With proper diet n supplements u look toned n firm but not really big.n its a slow process.
LL, I'll name you one exercise and that should be sufficient enough for a healhy weight gain. Cardio. Eat healthy, you're gonna have some extra carbs and callories and that's when your cardio kicks in to shed them so you don't go overweight.
