Six people were killed in a gunbattle between high-caste Hindus and communists in a village in the polarized eastern Indian state of Bihar, police said Saturday.
The Ranvir Sena, a quasi-army made of higher castes, and the Communist Party of India-Marxist and Leninist, which finds support among the lowest caste, the Dalits, engaged in the shootout in the village of Kurmuri, some 100 kilometers (60 miles) west of Bihar’s capital Patna.
“The killings look like a result of some outstanding disputes between families who were supporters of different groups,” said AK Ambedkar, the superintendent of police in Bhojpur district.
Witnesses said Ranvir Sena supporters gunned down Chandu Pasi and his wife Sukumari Devi, both communist supporters, as the couple was sleeping in the open Friday morning.
As news spread of the killing, communist activists in turn shot dead four members of a family of Ranvir Sena supporters, witnesses said.
Ambedkar said police have arrested 15 people and boosted security in the village to prevent further clashes. Bihar is India’s most impoverished state and frequently sees violence among castes.

Malik only Muslims can be fanatics and futher terrorists. That is western common-sense, which India loves to copy.
I think some of you just woke up or are just too desperate - Caste killings are a major problem in some parts of BIHAR and its nothing new - It has been going on for years now at least 30 years. Ranvir sena and MCC have been killing innocents to settle personal scores. This is all because of the dirty caste politics in that state.

The truth is different as we know. Fantics and terrorists exist among all religious groups, and if the west was honest over tackling terrorism it would recognise this fact.
