Religiously speaking, women aren’t allowed to show their privates even to other women (and don’t most threesomes involve a bit of girl-on-girl as well or will wife no.2 sit there twiddling her thumbs) so unless he does one wife and she’s half covered then does the other I can’t see how it could work..
