Innocent Muslims have been jailed with impunity in India over the past decade because it was easy to jail them. Within hours of any terror attack, a bunch of Muslim boys would be arrested and their names aired in the media as “masterminds”. Then they would disappear from mainstream consciousness. Their guilt was assumed: it did not need to be proved.
CPM leader Prakash Karat took a list of 22 Muslims to President Pranab Mukherjee and demanded the Centre take immediate steps to help such victims of “State-led injustice”. The demands included fast-track courts; rehabilitation and compensation for those falsely jailed; and a review of the UAPA Act. Most importantly, Karat’s delegation to the President made the idea of ‘justice for Muslims’ front-page news. The sound-proof towers had been breached.

India is a racist country it slaughters minorities be they christian or muslim and even the poor untouchables are discriminated against. India The world largest democracy cannot even feed its own people!
Why don't they ever show this on the Indian media its called the "truth" try it sometimes its good for your health!

While I do not deny that there has been minor violations here and there, I do not think the problem is as alarming as it is made out to be. Even if mistakes happen during investigations, these are set right by the judiciary.

Are you taking about that recent indian movie "my name is khan"? It surely did ignore the entire issue of racism and re-inforced everything you are talking about. such racists, those indians!

Actually, I was referring to a movie where a Indian airplane hijacked and they passed a law / policy that from now on the Indian Govt., will not negotiate with 'terrorist' if the hijacked any airplane and will use all necessary forces to take-it-down (if required).

This movie was made in reference to a specific incident that happened where most of the protagonists were from other countries.
I do not believe that there is a pattern to typecast all muslims as bad in Indian movies. Most of the movie stars and producers themselves are muslims and I certainly doubt if they would want to portray their own communities as terrorists.

I don't knw much about producers etc., but I have seen most of the time they telecast repeatedly those movies where 'Muslims' roles always in negative i.e., as 'terrorist' of 'badaash zamany ka', etc., etc.

The indian media is always blaming Pakistan and Muslims for all their problems, I am surprised they haven't blamed the poverty of hundreds of millions of indians on muslims also maybe they will do that in their next propoganda piece!
