Someone had mentioned in another post about doing
jumping jacks, and rope skipping.
I need to know how many times one should do these and how often during a week, to get good results. And also what kind of warm up is needed before and what kind of cooling off techniques should be used.
Would stretching be ok before and after?
Thanks in advance.

3 or 4 times a week should suffice. It depends, you can even do those every day if you want, and/or are capable of. It's up to you. Stretching should be saved for after a workout, when it’s much more satisfying. Your muscles are warmed up, and you are more fluid.

I read that too… if you drink a glass of warm water with lemon in it forst thing in the morning ti helps you loose wieght.. tried that.. I didnt feel the diference but I have an aunt who swears by it.
Fret
so if one was to do em everyday does the quantitly matter?
And since u said stretching should be done afterwards, what
kind of warm up can one do before jumping jacks/rope skipping?
Or is it ok to just start doing them? Thanks again.

If you were to do them everyday, then just do enough as to get your heart rate increasing, at a level for a certain period of time. It depends Sajal, each person is different. You have to try it yourself to see how much you are capable of doing, without overdoing it.
As for stretching, I should have clarified more. Stretching can be done before or after, but I prefer stretching after a workout, since the muscles are more relaxed and warmed up. Some people like to stretch beforehand. When I warm up, I like to do cardio for about 10 minutes, do my workout, and then end my workout with cardio for about 25 minutes, and then stretch. If you're going to do jumping jacks, then I suggest you stretch a bit beforehand as a warmup, so you dont' pull anything in the process.
