Bhai its a jaloos the Shia muslims are doing. They roleplay the scene of karbala and they are showing that the women of Alhay bait for Noazbillah chained and they marched.
But the historical context of this incident is very vague. The purpose is to make audience cry....but i personally think its very cruel of them to brainwash children and make them cry by doing this drama
