Both were in rhythm and timing was not that off.
But,
Both had some flaws and this does not meant criticism just to criticize.
When singing, there is a term which is used "Qalqala". This means one changes the notes at high frequency at a fast rate but keeps coming back to the baseline note quickly as well, as far as I can make it understandable.
One can call this 'Vibration' or 'Irteaaash' of the sound.
Both of you have too much of that and keep going off the notes. Not good and very painful for those who are sensitive to picking up the notes.
Now, the accent and what we call 'Lahjaa' of the words in the songs.
The delivery of the words was not expected to match the sentiments of the words just like in the original songs.
Queen delivered the words as if she is very careful not to open her mouth wide. She also let out too much air while singing so the songs were sung in half delivery of the notes...less sound, more air.
She should stay longer on the notes and should not hurry.
Both need tuning of their voice and pay attention to notes, timing and scales a little more. Not a very easy task but is possible with practice.
Both really sang well for me to comment and I mean well, not just criticism.
Final most important advice: Stay on note. Do practice a little more. (Pay attention to 'Sur')

Biggest mistake many singers do is not to be able to sing on proper note (Sur).
Then other major mistake in singing is not to stay on Sur/Note long enough (Theharna) to satisfy the listener.
(If you do not know the Sure/Note. Better not sing at all)
Rhythm is important but surprisingly a lot of people have no idea of rhythm when singing.
Other problems are:
Accent,
when to stop the delivery of the word,
what should be the scale and,
what should be the right emotions to deliver the words.

^ That is why I said, if one does not know sur, then better not sing.
Very few singers sing on proper notes 100 percent time.
One was Mehdi Hasan and other is/was Lata in Pako-Hind land.

Khud Ki Khushi Ke liye, Sar ke Bal KhaRa Hona ('Standing' upside down) Bhi Sahih Hai. :D
