Mr. times have changed now. It is not the Cold War era. An over-powered Punjab is in the interests of no one whether Sindhis, Pashtuns, Baluchis, Muhajirs, Siraikis, Kashmiris, people of Northern Areas, and major powers in the region or global players (except perhaps China and Saudi Arabia).
