I’ve posted the text of the short talk I gave at the May 30 annual
fundraising dinner of the Human Development Foundation on my blog,
hitting on one of the big themes in my mind these days:
" … Claim your right as an American community to influence the full
gamut of this country’s attitudes and policies, on everything from
health care to Pakistan. When there’s a political or humanitarian
crisis in Pakistan, please reach out not only to other Pakistanis, but
also to other Americans. …"
