I wonder how the mods manage to keep cool there in PA

There are obvious trolls and when a mod takes any action to limit trolling, he/she is instantly accused of bias. Pretty tough job, I would say.

It becomes really difficult at times, being mods we have to control ourselves which I think some people don’t realize. We (all mods/CMs) want and strive to provide a good and level playing environment to all participants of the forum.
