If he did not want to publish himself that does not make his wasihat to others not to publish it, unless he specifically forbade others to publish it even after his departure from this world.

**yeah, my oldest brother says that he heard our dad say on different occasions that he neither wished to publish his work nor wanted his work ever to be published in a book form. this was sorta verbal wasii’at.

i almost had it published once…everything was ready to go. i even had intro written by great urdu critique Dr. [Prof] Gopichand Narang. my brother then stopped it.**
