Couple of points --
Anyone who doesn't understand that very close to 95% of the show business and music industry, even the majority of the literary circle, partake in liquor is living in the dark. (This means everyone, pakistani, indian, hollywood, muslim and non-muslim.)
Now this is not to say that it is okay to do so....but we are aware that it happens.
Question is this:
- Does their talent become less valuable?
- Do we shun them for this strictly "personal" choice that they make?
- Do we judge them for what they need only to answer to Allah?
- Do we follow saqib's advice and refuse to invite such Pakistani talent thereby affecting, to a certain degree (i.e. be Pakistani, buy Pakistani), our country's economy?
Finally....pathonboy...Junaid has had his days of drunken stupor....he's beyond that now.
he can drink as much as he want that is his life. everyone will answer for themselve but i still think he didn't have to act like a dog.i last respect for him. personly i don't like fake ppl who is all goody goody out side and inside!!!!!11
