Brothers and sisters,

4th of this January I’ll be departing for Hajj, …

I must have done something right in my life for Allah :swt: to bestow this tremendously awesome blessing upon me…I cannot tell you how much this means to me…This is it…The greatest blessing that a Muslim can attain besides Shahadat, and I am receiving it…I am humbled beyond words…

This is also my last post on GupShup…

Brother… may this Hajj of yours be accepted.. I am sure you must be making unlimited prayers for all of us… :insha:

Since this is my last post, I can’t leave without giving some sort of advice, can I?

My advice is this:

You are all Ahumdulillah Muslims…Learn about your faith, even if it’s one little bit of knowledge at a time, and there is an ocean for you to learn…An identity of a Muslim is his faith otherwise he is nothing more than a Hindu, Christian or an atheist…Be known for what you believe in…

Do not be discouraged by setbacks, for everything is in the hands of Allah (swt)…Most of the Prophets (May peace be upon them) led very distraught and miserable lives…One would think that Allah (swt) disliked them, but in reality, they were the most beloved and adored of His people…And the only thing that made these Prophets (May peace be upon them) kings and giants among men was their faith and patience…

Faith is light and patience is its brightness…Each complements the other so develop these virtues, for they too will work to make you great InshAllah…

No misery and hardship that ever befalls a Muslim goes without it being compensated generously by Allah (swt) for it in Aakhira, so never despair…Everything happens through the Will of Allah (swt) and there is little you can do about it except to bear it all with a smile…

Make things easy for others and life will be easier for yourself…

This was the greates advice jiger… May Allah :swt: open our hearts to understand really what gem of a advice you have given..

As for my knowledge of urdu goes, brother! everyone’s knowledge is subject to the will of Allah Subhaanahu wa’ta’alah… I am no better than anyone else… .. The important thing is to make your knowledge benefit others.

anwaar bhai i can’t agree more with lajo’s post + your input, i love lajo and i respect his courage and the will/detrmination he has shown till date to face slack for various reasons one being defending deen-e-mohammadi.

since i’ve been a member on this site, i’ve seen some injustice on this board and lajo’s for me has been the chief target {no prizes for guessing by whom}, whether the certain ghamandi members of this website responsible want 2 admit it or not.

ppl like him, yourself, armu’ make it worthwile to even stick around here and with members like lajo’ being driven away from this board, one begins to question if OUR fellow muslims even give a toss about their fellow musalman???

day after day i get 2 witness ‘pakistani politics’ and it makes me sick and if smilies can leave a long lasting impression, i certainly hope this 1 does
