As I predicted, the decision to drop the proven and tough fighter Taufeeq Umar has backfired with an inexperienced top order all falling to the new ball. I would have thought that the group stages were the best place to send in a lad for his debut but the Pak think tank seem to have their own ideas. Faisal Athar looked ok while he was in there at least. He should get a few more chances.

This is a slow but fairly ok pitch where 220-230 should be a reasonable score to defend.
