Hey you guys. I just came across this blog and I wanted to share my experience with aleena sameer. It wasn't good and realized that never trust and order online shopping especially someone from FB who are not professional in what they do. Her profile and pictures are so tempting and I'm sure maybe some of her outfits are pretty good and there might be some customers who are satisfied but I wasn't at all. I ordered 2 formal wear outfits from her. She did pretty good on them except one of them she changed it up without telling me. The patti that goes on the arms and the neck she used silk instead of velvet (like the pic). I didn't notice it until I got it but didn't really care bcs other than that she did pretty good I was a little upset because she didn't ask me. When I told her she tells me that they ran out of the velvet so she used the silk one. I didn't appreciate it because I paid for what exactly was in the pic and how she promised to make it. Anyways other than that I was happy with her outfits so decided to order my wedding outfit from her unfortunately (biggest mistake). Thought she did pretty good and she knows fashion she's been working with this business for a long time so she will do great and I really did trust her.
There are so many little things that I don't want to go over but I still want everyone to know before you decide to order from her.
First of all the material she used was very cheap on for the bottoms. For the mehndi outfit the kameez material was good but the dupatta and bottom was cheap material just like the wedding one.
On the mehndi dupatta she had stated under the pic there is sequence and when I got it there were no spray of sequence not even one sequence on the dupatta. Her excuse for that was it was gonna hide in the dupatta because the material had little dotted design. But that shouldn't have matter because it was the same design cloth as the kameez and she had sequences spray on the kameez not the dupatta and most importantly she had stated under a picture that it comes with spray of sequence. So don't give me an excuse do your job right especially if it is stated under the pic we are ordering. I had to put the sequence myself on the dupatta.
Also the bottoms color was a bit off from the kameez for both outfits. I believe that for wedding and expensive outfits for the bottom it's raw-silk. What she used was not even the cheapest version of raw-silk. She used something totally diff that didn't go with the outfit at all.
She made my kameez in A-line when I specifically told her I wanted the regular style kameez with kaaj but long. Her excuse was that A-line is in fashion. So she didn't care what the customer wanted she made it because it is in "fashion" and didn't tell me. I saw it when I opened my package. Which was 2 weeks late when I specified to be arrived few days before my wedding (lucky me the dates were moved ahead for my wedding).
I wanted the bottom to be the pajama that had a paincha very open and loose (very khula which is in style called coolot style in Pak). She made a regular pajama style and made the painchas that were even shorter than my regular outfit coolot. On top of this I wanted spray of sequence on it and she made the Cheapest design I have ever seen in m life It was sequence going in zig zag which I not wanted to be like AT ALL
I paid extra from what she charged because I wanted LONG dupatta (copmare to regular lenght). But the dupatta was even shorter then the regular length.
The kaam patti she said would be 2.5 inches. When I measured and start realizing she messed up a lot, the border patti was not even 2 inches.
I told her to put little balls on the dupatta and bazu which she didn't.
Also told her to make a little clutch matching with the kaam of my outfit but she didn't sent that either.
There is a whole list where this came from but don't want to go into it. These I believe the most important things she messed up on. I wouldn't have cared too much if it wasn't my wedding outfit.
The most important thing that made me soooooo mad that I still think of it I wanna just start throwing things. She NEVER said SORRY. NOT EVEN ONCE. She had an ANSWER for EVERY mistake she made. I was so shocked and couldn't get a sorry after she ruined my biggest most important day.
She decided to redo the pajama and send me the LACE for the wedding and for the mehndi outfit and the clutch with the wedding outfit. She sent me two options for the bottom from which I chose one and told her AGAIN how I wanted it. It was one of those that are in that jamawar bottom and shafoon on top and you can kind of see through the shafoon. Mentioned it and told her that it needs to be jamawar on the bottom and shafoon on top exactly like the pic she sent me to choose from.
I should've known that she would screw me up AGAIN. The clutch she send was one of those cheap 100 rupees silver color that are sold on little carts on the streets of lahore. She could have just made the clutch or pouch out of the same material as the bottom she sent me which was not even close to what it was in the pic. It was just a jamawar shafoon bottom with little booties. There was not bottom jamawar and no top shafoon. She did send the laces for both the dupatta which I could care less about because I had more things in my mind to take care of. Anyways I ended up calling my relatives in lahore and told them to get an outfit from me. Since last minute and don't know the choice of my family much kept my fingers crossed and prayed that it will all work out. Mashallah at the end it all did work out but I wasted my money and time on this lady and got nothing from her. She played me bad. She made the first two regular wear outfit the way I wanted and gained my trust and screwed me at the end.
ALso my suggestion if anyone does order from her DO NOT MAKE ALL THE PAYMENT UP FRONT. She might do a better job when she knows she has half the payment still to collect. I made a mistake by paying her upfront all of it for both times I ordered from her.
I was trying to post the pictures here so you guys can get an IDEA but I couldn't find an option to post pictures. Sorry. But if someone can tell me I will post them
Oh nain, it sounds like a horrid experience. To be honest, if u read back through this thread a number of people aren't happy with her service, the cheap kapra she uses seems to be a recurring theme. Yep, Saadia. She seems to be having a whale of a time in Dubai, without a care in the world. Again, as I've said a number of times, please please do your research before u hand over your cash. Make sure the sellers have some decent feedback and also examples of real work on their pages as opposed to fifty million pictures ripped off catwalks and other designer pages.
i ordered from her twice, i was 100% satisfied with my first order...the fabric was all pure chiffon, jamavar and everything was as shown....stitching and everything came out great too...i ordered again and she messed up on one or two things such as stitching and design but the fabric was again all pure chiffon, and pure jamavar for the bottoms...my moms really picking abt fabrics and she even loved it and the price showed on the suits!...i dunno why u guys had a bad experience with her fabric was because her first claim is that "she uses ALL pure fabrics"... i do agree that i think she tends to ignore or explain her mistakes instead of apologizing but if u keep in contact with her and write down on the order form the fabrics, colors, type of kaam she shudnt be disappointintg..i also found her rates reasonable comapred to other designers.. (embroided suits are 165$ with shipping and formals are 200$+)....roz collection is another one im thinking of trying out but her rates are so low that im scared to give it a try ... anyone had experience with her?
p.s all this being said, i would still order from aleena, but she did mess up 2 things on my second order and made up excuse for it without notifying me earlier, but i still love all the outfits i got from her cuz the work and stiching are fabulous!

I've ordered from Roz and I have to admit I was hesitant but I still did it and I'm glad I did. Her work is really clean and beautiful. I've just placed an order for two more from her and I can't wait to get them.
@Nainkiwish...i jus read ur post. im soooooo sorry for u...i hope everything for ur wedding still turns out great...i know it sounds strange...but i hope u made the best out of it!
and its really bad of her she never apologized...but well thats the way most of the vendors are they think they r in right!!!
im really sorry..and i totally understand u...:( it makes me even sad. every gal is fuzzy about her wedding and i totally get the point u paid sumbody and he didnt do the job as u required...well hopefully sumbody will mess up her dress !
I agree with Nainkiwish! DONT EVER EVER EVEN MISTAKENLY ORDER FROM ALEENA SAMEER!
I ordered my first outfit from her and she did a pretty good job. So then I decided to order 3 more outfits from her. To start with they were a whole month late. She kept making excuses from her karrigar is sick. To now her son is sick…then lastly that her sister had a baby so the outfits are NOT ready. I MEAN SERIOUSLY?
She never once apologized yet kept making excuses. Secondly when I recieved the outfits…COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!
One of the outfits was a complely different color! I mean how do you just change the color of the outfit without notifying the client. One outfit was made twice my size. One outfit was way too small. How on earth do you get sooo many things wrong?
The material that was used was very poor quality. When I contacted her to give her my feedback. This is what she replied back with and then took me off her facebook page!
" i dont think u have the tiniest of knowledge of any dress…now after receiving the package u r giving ur feedback which is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL … i understand the fact that i got late in sending the package but i had my reasons , for all the dresses the quality of fabric and work is top class , u order the same dresses from any other well known designer or buy from any store the quality and standard remains the same , to my utter surprize u never said anything like this for that blue dress which u ordered before , its the same fabric i.e. pure chiffon and same handwork , these dresses have more expensive work , just that yellow dress is slightly towards lemon but that is not the reason for ur MAJOR DISAPPOITMENT !!! , now abt the sizes i think u must have put on some weight or u gave wrong sizes , they have been stitched as per ur given measurements and i had checked thrice before sending them out , all ur allegations are baseless … more than u i am the MOST happiest person to loose u as a customer cuz i hate working with such PICKY customers , and i have been in this business since 7 years and i know VERY WELL how to do business !!!"
Just want to mention I was never picky. Never emailed her till I didnt get my outfits. That is when I started to get worried. Even then since I paid her the full amount I was being very civil with her as I wanted her to ship my clothes.
PLEASE BEWARE…YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HER!
hm, wow that is pretty disappointing to say to a customer....anyone else ordered recently? i wanted to order a few outfits but who could u trust, any new people you guys have discovered? how is madihas atelier.....prices and quality wise please tell us if u ordered

Yup and I think I've learned my lesson :(
U know when u live abroad and no other choice and its ur wedding and on top last minute wedding plans and its too late to go to pak then u end up doing some pretty stupid stuff. Lol
But over all the outfit my in laws send me turned out good and so much better than the one she made so I guess it was one of those wedding crashes that happens to every girl and something has to go wrong. In my situation that was that.
My suggestion for everyone else is to just never take a risk for a big day and never pay the full amount up front.

Thanks :) I know the one thing ur worried about for the wedding and that goes all wrong :( but mashallah it all worked out at the end. Had to get an outfit which was already had kaam on it had to get it stitched and within a week I had my outfit which was good and I was happy with :)
Awwww I’m really sorry for this. It seemed like she had a freaking answer for everything and she could never ever accept that she made a mistake or did something wrong.you know what even if you were picky and clingy I think u had the right to be. When you pay for things you want to be satisfied 100% and especially when u don’t get ur answer or ur things when promised.
When I was explain things to her how I wanted it her reply was " I’m a designer and I know what to work with"
And I’m thinking I don’t care what u are, u need to listen to ur customers request and do as they want. You can say ur opinion and that’s our choice if we go with it or not. U can’t say that to a customer in such blunt words that I’m a designer I know what to do and what I work with. Really???
I hate to say this but maybe that is why paki people have no good reputation. When they deceive their own people like this what do they expect from other people.
But I guess over all anything that deals with online and something hat isn’t in front of u is a gamble. Some get lucky and some get screwd over
I couldn't open it. Maybe we should create a fb account for reviews and see who have been lucky and who have not been. Lol
I thought I was the only one and everyone else was satisfied but after posting this and getting other people's reply I feel like there's got to be more people out there who went through the same thing :(
Hey girls. I had created a blog under "do not order from Aleena Sameer on FB" the pic of the outfit is there. I have never created any blog/forum so I didn't know how to work with this site but wanted to share my experience with everyone else.
I don't know how to make that blog public (dnt know if it already is) so everyone else can read before they make their decisions.
I think if you put "Aleena Sameer" or "do not order from Aleena Sameer" it should come up
