It is there. I cannot elaborate much on the topic, but I have witnessed the disease, but do not know of any ethnic facilities in Canada. As a matter of fact, a gori elder lady (who was an ex alcoholic) told me of an Indian person who attended the same chapter of AA in Mississauga, Ontario as her.
