I don’t drink, but I got drunk once during ramadan as a result of a lab accident. I was performing an experiment on a chemical dissolved in 99.7% pure alcohol. I thought I could take a shortcut and make the experiment go faster by boiling off excess alcohol, but I didn’t have enough ventilation and ended up breathing a whole load in 
I was confused about why I felt so weird and kind of nauseous when going to and having iftaar and praying maghrib that day, until later on when I realised I was drunk!
