If I may complicate this discussion a little bit.
1 - Is an intoxicant haram as long as it exists and is consumed in the form of an intoxicant irrespective of whether you achieve an intoxicated state or not? Please present your dalail.
2 - Does the substance in which an intoxicant has been used, but the substance itself cannot be considered an intoxicant even inspite of the use of an intoxicant in it, considered haram? Please present your dalail.
