I would say it’s haraam, yes, as it’s explicitly stated that the aforementioned food items contain alcohol.

If you’re in a restaurant, you can kindly ask them to not add alcohol in preparation of your food.

rather then getting into complications what Maroush say does carry weight and discussion of even a drop (if you know its their) is haraam and big sin wont reach any conlusion. A religion is make things easier and simpler not opposite.
