Yes, please. We need to regulate guns and other weapons MUCH MORE urgently. We need to regulate lethal drugs like heroin. We need to regulate pharma industry selling death in the name of health.

Alcohol should be least of our worries.

Again. People should be able to walk and chew gum at the same time. When govt starts chipping away at personal liberty, results are not good.

Having said that, I agree with ur overall thesis - why fix something that has worked since 1977. What i wrestle with is - prior to 1977, lack of prohibition also worked.
