Re: Alcohol consumption in Pakistan: Don’t mix sin with crime

A lot can be lost in communication … I hope you actually try to understand the position I am coming from rather than choosing to resort to word pasting and guessing what I am saying. I understand you may actually disagree with what I say … but I fear that much of it might actually be misunderstanding rather than disagreement. I have no real energy or desire to go defensive about myself from an accusation that I think is nothing about what I represent.
Just to make it easy about why I think you misunderstand me - I said something about alcohol both yourself and Southie thought that I was advocating alcohol consumption. Possibly could not be more off the mark.
Before I get in to another debate I will just agree with you. I come here now for certain points of view but no longer - extended debates … my studies get in the way.
A man on his death bed was speaking to a Shaykh in America … and he regretted arguing with everyone. It was his habit to argue with everyone … for the sake of arguing. I hope I don’t become like that.
