I’m not sure about the alcohol but I’m pretty sure that with places that serve pork, there’s the chance that the pork may have come in contact with cooking utensils/cooking oil/other food etc.
it’s especially typical during breakfast hours, where ham/bacon/sausage is cooked alongside with eggs…
