This is NOT Alamgir. This is from Ajeet Singh from India. His other famous songs were
1. Teri Qasam Ham ko, teri yaden jo aati hein, hamien her pal satati hein
2. Zulfo'n ka yeh jaal, tu hans hans ke na mujh pe daal, nahi mein phensney wala.
He was popular in early 80's. This song "Yeh beetey din yaad hein" is from the movie "Purana Mandir" i think.
