i have read in GLowing bride thread that if u read Al-Shafi Al Noor 100-1000 times …if gives u glow and noor as in underparagrah…i wana ask that wats tha mean to blow on milk and honey and even on face…

Its not a dua its like you do tasbeeh after namz of subhanAllah, astaghfirullah, etc.. its like a ward that you can do for 1000 times on ur hands and touch your face or do dum on milk/ honey and drink it.
It doesnt mean apply milk and honey on face but drink it so it goes in ur body and gives u shifa and beauty or whatever... Dont u know about the dum for sick person? Its like doing some dua and blowing on a galss of water and give it to the sick person to drink.

Yes You have to blows it ( phoonk marna, dam karna ) on your hands and touch your self.. But really not sure that are we supposed to blow on milk and pur it on face or just drink?
Its just something that people have made up! You will find tons of these things, “remedies” for every problem out there…recite XYZ 100 times after each prayer to get a baby…recite XYZ 500 times every Friday to get married…recite XYZ 7 times and blow in water before drinking to get a job…its all just things that people have made up themselves!! If someone tells you that this is really something from Islam, ask them for proof from the Quran and Sunnah and see if they can find you any evidence
