Allah (swt) says in the Quran that When it is said to them " Do no make mischief on earth, They say we make peace " Allah warns " Beaware! They are the ones who make mischief but they do not realize it" 2 : 11
The question is how we can recognise such people? And test them?

The word used is "fasaad" Can you not identify when some one creating fasaad on earth ??
So when you do identify, go ask the people you are creating, they would tell you , that they are fixing things.
This thing is to obvious in times we are living.

As far as I know Allah is telling about hypocrites here and if you read more verses...they are described there...
How do you recongise their actions and words are never similar...may Allah protect us Ameen we also fall into this catagory sometimes...may Allah protect us Ameen
