Well given that he just blew himself up to avoid capture, rather than to kill others, it sounds remarkably like suicide to me..... and we know how Allah will punish suiciders.

Martyred??? PLEAZE... he blew himself up i.e. suicide i.e. Haraam and do you know what punishment for suicide is? straight to hell. And aren't these the people who killed our Pakistani guards on a bus in cold blooded murder. Imagine a 'Warriors of Allah' killing Muslims while shouting "Allah o Akbar"?... Terrorists martyred... sure people!

What would you say when a Pakistani soldier dies fighting against Indian Muslim soldier, just wondering.

1st. Pakistani muslim soldier vs Indian muslim soldier. Scholar have issued statements before that Muslims should fight aggression, and where 2 muslim parties are involved in a fight, the aggressor is the party in the wrong, and it is the aggressor against whom Muslims should fight.
In both 1965 and 1971, the first nation to send its armies across an international border to attack another country was India. As India was the aggressor, it was the responsibility of Muslims to fight against her. Those Indian muslims who fought for India were disobeying Allah's instructions and are sinners, and are part of the unrighteous party.

maybe thats not right in all muslim countries....
many muslim countries are blind followers of the West and the press and media r forced by the governments there to use terms like Islamic fundamentalists and Muslim terrorists....
its really a shame!!!!
