All quoting basically the same sources. Logically it makes no sense to use a suicide bomber on an issue of kickback payments. You won’t get back your kickbacks by killing engineers, all it will do is delay or even stop the project altogether. Plus there is the whole issue of motivating a suicide bomber to kill someone for kickbacks. Jihadists were involved at some level of this attack.

Logic? Suicide bombers dont know logic. Suicide bombers are idiots lured by religion to serve political whims. And please dont tell me a jihadist needs to be motivated "to kill someone for kickbacks". A jihadist could care less. A bus load of frenchies is motivation enough.
