How long did it take before the Nazi Terrorist Zarqawi was killed?

Almost 3 years....

Israel tried to take out the terrorist tv station of Al-Manar and yet it remained on air throughout the israeli-hezbollah war of 2006.

Its not as easy as it looks.

That pimple face kid was just one person but this is an entire organization so its much harder to dismantle their nazi apparatus

Before 9/11, Glenn Beck and Rush and Pat Roberston could not spell Islam, much less tell you anything about it. Islam was completely under the radar in the US. We did not know enough about Islam to hate Islam, much less wage a war on it.

The Tal*ISI*ban were evil, fundamentalist Islam was monstrous, al-qaeda and Saddam were monsters, but it all received relatively very little coverage and animosity. Michael Savage and Pat Robertson were spreading plenty of hate, but very little directed at Muslims. Glenn Beck wasn't even on the radar. Islam didn't start getting a black eye until 9/11. Try again.

What are you nuts? Pre 9/11 nobody knew about the Taliban, much less cared. Really, you would have needed a magnifying glass to find a "War on Islam". And dictators? We were the only ones advocating that dictators guilty of genocide against muslims (reference Saddam and the Balkans) be taken from power.

We have supported some bad dictators. We currently support some dictators who appear to be the lesser of two evils, like whats-his-name in Pakistan I believe..... But when dictators reach a certain level of heinous behavior, like Milosovic (slaughtering Muslims I believe), or Saddam killing hundreds of thousands of Muslims (how fast you guys forget this) then the US was acting.

The Michael Savage hate channel is no worse than what goes on in thousands of Mosques worldwide. Savage is not grounded into our culture, any more than Howard Stern is the the most beloved entertainer. If you don't like it, just turn the channel. 9/11 gave the talk shows the fodder they needed. Nothing like killing 3,000 people to validate negative images. Had it not been for 9/11, we would have let most of the Muslim world rot in peace. China and India and Brasil and the Far East were far more strategic economically and for they future. They still are. The only reason the Muslim world is strategically important is oil, and the continued turmoil and instability these regions bring to the world.

And, I have not lived in Ohio for 30 years, I was born and raised there.

I don't listen to him, just made mistake of tuning in for few minutes long time ago ... I tuned away because I know what he is doing but millions of American are tuning to him and listening to him, what is bound to happen? Spread of love?

There are about 1500 cases a year of harassment, violence or discriminatory treatment against Muslims in the US - a country of over 300 million.

Compare that to Iraq - with not even 10% of that population - where that many Muslims are killed by Muslims every month. And it makes any whining about the poor discriminated Muslims in US ring pretty hollow.

The radical right has never had a shortage of hate, don't think you are so special because you are Muslim. Immigrants, gays and blacks have been on the receving end for decades before anyone knew what a Muslim was.

Discrimination is one thing, vandalism is different altogether. I didn't open a thread for every vandalism that occurred in US, neither do I open a thread for every single bombing that takes place in Israel/Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq. You can search for the threads started by who on condemning bombings in Iraq ... lets see how many were created by you and me, who did it last etc. I don't want to indulge in such scoring of points but if you care about it then there must've been 10-20 threads in this/last month by you.

Taliban didn't become what they were only in 1995, 1998 or 2001. It takes time for everything to happen. "Wahabisation" in Pakistan didn't happen in one year, there is a "coincidence" though that it happened around same timeframe as conflict in Afghanistan.
