I love watching Al Pacino movies coz of his acting and think that he is a better actor than De Niro. Carlito’s Way is one my favourite of all times apart from Godfather.
Quite a few people seems to disagree with me. So who do you like more.
I definitely have a preference for Al Pacino as compared to Robert De Niro.
They were both in HEAT.

I would have to say De Niro, but only because I've seen more De Niro movies than Pacino ones.
De niro was good lekin after seeing that movie 50 mins, Oh my God, I was shocked to see De Niro sign up for such a stupid movie.
Both Al and Bob are great actors, lekin Al ki intensity kaa koyee muqablaa nahi!
I have a preference for pacino ever since i saw dog day afternoon, and then serpico. Even though I believe that deniro is more versatile as an actor.
Deniro and pacino were in godfather together too, but not in the same scenes. HEAT was an aamzing movie and for those who did not get it, watch it again
I think most sane people believe that Pacino is better. Besides it seems De Niro is in need of cashor something, he will work in any movie, good or bad. Just too many movies, and many bad ones by him.
It has to be Al Pacino. After seeing him in Scarface (Tony Montana) and then the Godfather trilogy too, wow, his acting and.. ahem....his looks in his younger years, what more can I say.
De Niro is tops in the looks department too, but I think Pacino has more about him....has more intensity in his roles.

i think pacino got outclassed by russel crowe in that movie,,, it was awesome display by crowe,, i didnt know he was that good,,, but he sure is a future legend trust me. personally i like pacino. balkay errmm deniro aint bad either,,, i,d go for both,
Al Pacino is definitely better for what he does, De Niro has an ability to fit into a wider variety of roles.
