Al Halim/99 names of Allah

This is the latest mass email circulating in my family, and this is the first time I’m ever hearing of this. We all know that Al Halim (الحليم) The Forbearing, the Indulgent, is one of the 99 attributes of Allah SWT…so does that mean that the dish/food is blasphemous and should not be spoken/used casually?

I’m not very well versed in linguistic origins so can someone please shed some light on the authenticity of haleem vs daleem and any possible conflicts on reference to the 99 named of Allah?

Re: Al Halim/99 names of Allah

If that is the case, which I'm going to argue isn't simply because no one has the niyyat of (nauzabilla) saying anything like that about Allah (swt), then naming children after The Prophet or any of Allah (swt)'s names should be discouraged, as well.
Especially when ammis get mad and yell such lovely things with those names attached.

His name is Al-Halim. Not haleem/ halim.
