Actually it is not really urdu after the first para !
The writer has humorously tried to write a letter in Arabic( which is not really arabic but a mixture of mostly urdu and some arabic words). But you can perfectly understand if you can understand urdu

Once in a while..such wisecracks and submissions---are oxygen and should be enjoyed in its perspective. In fact Mian Nawaz Sharif himself..after winnig in recent elections and being taken as a serious Politician/Leader..could not resist in cracking a SARDARJEE jokes before 2 dozen microphones and over equal number of TV channels and some 200 journalists at the Press conference.

This also reminds me of an anecdote...Umar Sharif told me..long long time back..and later cascaded it in his stage plays and shows also;
