i dont know why i dont like their broast any more. there was a time when i love albaik. and now i only like there fish nuggets and coleslaw and not to forget the french fries. :)

it is yummy.

Most remarkable sight where Al-baik and KFC are opposite to each other in Makka n Jeddah on busy road. KFC wearing a deserted look, hardly 3,4 customers but at Al-baik you will see long queues of people waiting for their turn to get their take away. It usually takes between 45 minutes to an hour to get your order from al-baik during lunch and dinner time.

That garlic sauce is amazing. ymmy :yummy:

Amazing !!!

Just Imagine each outlet serves around a million meals in 4,5 days of haj. This must be some kind of record. And i dont think there is any amount of exageration as i have witnessed the frenzy at their outlets

Ingredients:**
Youghrt, Boiled potatoes, garlics. salt.

Method:
**First of all...take a blender or juicer jug...put youghart,boiled patatoes,garlics nd salt...(cut pataotes in small pieces)...then blend all these things....for 2 to 3 mins....nd then taste if its too thick nd add only a very little amount of water...but keep in mind its very thick..as ll u konw.....its all.

There is no taste of yogurt in that paste. I believe it is myonnaise :k:

It's actually neither, it's a blend of egg-whites, garlic, boiled potatoes and salt.

if u read the sauce ingredi as listed on the pack u wud find its written there mayo..so about mayo i am dead sure...

They don't say what goes in it..anyway! Try diff ways!

Yes my brother went for Umrah in 2005 and came back after a month with 5 kg addition in his weight - thanks to Al Baik.
